what an experience!
I really liked this sculpture
The vibrant colours were just enough to make my heart go oolala!
The fine details and super textures were appreciable!
To add to the whole charm ...
the famous Indian artist A. V. Ilango
was there to paint live in front of us!
Now what else could my little artist heart ever wish for :)
It was so fascinating
to watch him start from simple dabs of colour
to a beautiful painting...
his palette knife moved like magic
and I stood there appreciating how the eyes
...hands and thoughts coordinated with each other
to result into a beautiful piece of art!
and there was live music too!!
The painting finally...
I held a workshop the next morning.
Drawing and painting on re-used tea bags...
now this was something they had never heard about!
